Number 8 is Great!

We just finished up a cold, windy, rainy t-ball season. Seriously, I don't recall a single game with nice weather. I'll tell you what though, there is nothing more funny than watching a bunch of 3-4 year olds play baseball. So cute! Jeffrey was especially entertaining. At the first practice, the coach told them to sit on the grass. Jeffrey said, "I can't sit on the grass, I'll get grass stains!" He loved talking to the coaches and asking them a million questions...coach, coach, coach! He loved doing cart wheels after a good catch. He always forgot to drop the bat before running to first base. He always had to hold the helmet on his head while he ran the bases. He loved goofing around with all the boys, especially Parker and Ryker. He got pretty serious about his batting gloves. At one of the last games, he got up there to bat and made everybody wait while he put both gloves on and got all ready to hit. It was pretty dang funny! He had a few really good hits that actually made it out of the infield! I definitely saw some improvement. I think he had a lot of fun playing and being with his friends (and getting the team treat after every game!). The coaches were great too!
