SUPER Jeffrey!

This is what we see at our house on a daily basis...

Jeffrey running around in his underwear with a cape, mask, and usually a weapon. He loves wearing costumes. Lately, he's been flying around saying "Superman to the rescue!"

This is our honorable mention superhero...

THIRTYNOTHING

Well, I'm officially the big 3-0 (as of the end of Feb....just a little late on the post)! I'm one of those people who have been dreading this day. It's not like I thought I was going to wake up and be totally different or anything...just never thought the day would come. In my mind, I'm still like 24 or something. Anyway, luckily I have a wonderful husband and family and friends who made turning 30 a little more desirable. Jeff took me out for my birthday. We went downtown and shopped around the Gateway then had dinner at Flemings (which was delish!!) then we stayed at the Hotel Monaco. The next day we took time to catch a movie and lunch before heading home. It was a lot of fun! Then the following weekend my sisters and my Mom told me they wanted to take me for a pedicure and lunch. A pedicure is always nice and then we headed to Cafe Trio where some of my girlfriends and family were there to SURPRISE me! I really was surprised too! We enjoyed yummy food, a delicious cake and just had fun visiting. Thanks to my sister Rori and Mom for planning the party and all my sweet friends and family who came to celebrate. Here's to being 30!!

Dress Party!

I think the invitation pretty much says it all. My Mom is hosting the party at the hotel where she works. The Pavilion Inn is located one block west off of I-15 on 5300 S. We bought some beautiful dresses right before Christmas for Hannah. It's a really casual party. Just come when you can between 12:30 - 2:30 PM. You are welcome to call me if you have any questions.

Don't forget to invite your friends and family!!

Tea, Anyone?

This year for my Mom's birthday my sister made arrangements to take her to the Grand America for tea. It was so beautiful with the big fire and the harp playing in the background. And it was so nice to spend time with my Grandma, aunts and cousin that we don't get to see very often. Next time I'd like to go without the kids so it's a little more relaxing. I love my Mom very much and hope she had a special day!
